Two ARTSPACE 2012 artists are hitting the international headlines this week. Herefordshire sculptor, Jenny Pickford, has been invited to fly to Chicago as a guest of the Chicago Flower Show (think Chelsea but huge !). She will be showing her 4.2 metre high Agapanthus weighing 3/4 ton when crated. Made of galvanised steel and amethyst glass, it's a sensational piece. Hannah McAndrew from Scotland will be showing her slip-ware ceramics at the Tokyo Art Fair in March and with Gallery St Ives in tokyo in April. Congratulations to Jenny and to Hannah, accolades well deserved.
